Throughout his professional life, he has gained extensive experience in project management with specific focus on contract forms, contract and correspondence preparation, contract-claim management, scheduling and delay analysis, evaluation of sub-contract tenders including management of pre-bid and post-bid correspondence.
Mr Tekniker has experience in infrastructure projects such as oil and gas, hospitals, building and shopping centers as deputy project manager, commercial, contract, claim and project control manager.
Continuing his career, he took responsibilities in all aspects of project and contract-claim management including preparation and negotiation of contractor’s cost and time-extension claims, variation proposals, arbitration and establishment of project management tools.
Mr. Tekniker holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering of Istanbul Technical University and MSc from Istanbul Bilgi University in Financial Economics. He is a Member of Chamber of Civil Engineers, İstanbul. Mr. Tekniker has residency in Turkey.
