Özgür Karadeniz

Mr. Karadeniz has worked as a planning manager for international firms for nearlyover 17 years. Throughout his professional life, he has gained a broad experience in scheduling, delay analysis and project management. He has proficiency both in Primavera and MS Project.

Mr Karadeniz has extensive experience in railways, highways and high-rise buildings.  His project involvement includes Istanbul Bosphorus Crossing BC1 Project and Commuter Rail Project CR3 both exceeding a total project value of 2 Billion USD, for which he was responsible for the planning departments.

Continuing his career, additionally he took responsibilities in all aspects of project and contract-claim management including preparation and negotiation of contractor’s cost and time-extension claims, variation proposals, expert witness assignments, arbitration support and establishment of project management tools.

Mr. Karadeniz holds a MSc from Marmara University in Operational Research and BSc degree in Mathematics of Kocaeli University. Mr. Karadeniz has residency in Turkey.
