İhsan Bolat

Mr. Bolat has held contract and project management positions with employers for over 25 years. Mr. Bolat gained immense experience in contract-claim management and project management with specific focus on contract forms, contract and correspondence preparation, contract-claim management, preparation of bids for variation orders, planning/cost control, scheduling and monitoring, expert witness assignments, planning project material and equipment.

Mr Bolat has experience in at various construction projects such as highway, infrastructure, industrial buildings, coastal structures and high rise buildings as project manager, contract, claim manager and project control manager. He has also held senior project manager positions for two prestigious high rise luxury buildings constructed at Istanbul-Turkey.

Since 2021, he has been providing contract and claims consultancy services for ICM Consulting.

Continuing his career, he took responsibilities in all aspects of project and contract-claim management including consultancy to contractors for contract management and planning, preparation and negotiation of contractor’s prolongation cost and time-extension claims and contractual correspondence.

Mr. Bolat holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering of Middle East Technical University. He is a Member of Chamber of Civil Engineers, İstanbul. Mr. Bolat has residency in Turkey.
