Dispute Resolution and Avoidance

Increasingly contracts provide for alternate dispute resolution (ADR).  Clients must be prepared to adopt and utilize these methods in order to secure a quick resolution to any dispute and to get on with the project works quickly and efficiently.

ICM assists its Clients in the utilization and preparation of submissions for ADR, equally ICM is able to provide candidates for nomination to ADR boards, should clients so need.
