Mr. Tuna is an independent consultant for ICM. He leverages a dual background in Civil Engineering and Construction Law, offering over 30 years of expertise in project management, high-stakes contract administration, and dispute resolution across the full project lifecycle. As a testifying expert, he has submitted and defended complex reports in adjudication, mediation, and arbitration. His project portfolio features multi-billion-dollar mega-projects across infrastructure, process power plants, railways, and industrial facilities.

Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Tuna has specialized in delay and disruption analysis, quantum calculation, strategic variation negotiation, and contract and claim management, with deep mastery of FIDIC Red and Silver Books. He provides authoritative strategic guidance to global contractors in ISTAC and ICC proceedings, utilizing advanced proficiency in project controls software including Primavera P6 and TILOS. His expertise spans dispute avoidance, change management system implementation, and DAB proceedings.

Mr. Tuna holds an LLM in Construction Law & Arbitration from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, an MSc in Transportation Planning from Istanbul Technical University, a BSc in Civil Engineering from Uludağ University. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), and a member of the Chamber of Civil Engineers, Istanbul. Mr. Tuna has Turkish as his mother tongue and speaks English fluently, with fair Russian.
