Eyüp Şener

Mr. Şener has gained extensive experience in planning and cost control, scheduling and monitoring, contract management with clients and subcontractors, interim payment certificates, material and equipment requirements, and method statements across a wide range of construction projects in Turkey and abroad. His project experience includes highways, infrastructure, industrial buildings, coastal structures and high-rise buildings.

Throughout his career, Mr. Şener has held senior contract and project management positions on major infrastructure and building projects. His responsibilities have included contract administration, claims management, preparation and negotiation of claims, formal correspondence, subcontract management, budgeting and cost control, scheduling, project records and dispute resolution board process management. Since September 2025, he has been providing contract and claims consultancy services for ICM Consulting, supporting planning activities and extension of time claim preparation, including work on an international JV infrastructure development project in Azerbaijan based on the FIDIC Red Book.

Mr. Şener holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University and an MBA in IT-Based Construction Management from Istanbul Technical University. His professional experience includes projects in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Georgia. Mr. Şener has Turkish as his mother tongue and speaks English fluently, with elementary-level Russian and German. He has residency in Turkey.
